Saucy Slow-Cooked Spare Ribs

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes in juice
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. Regina® Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 4-5 lbs. pork spare ribs (cut into 3 ribs sections, if desired)
  • 1 package Crock-Pot® Original Chili Mix

Directions

Arrange spare ribs in slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low 8 to 10 hours or high 4 to 6 hours until spare ribs are very tender. Serve with creamy polenta or mashed potatoes, if desired.
