BBQ Pulled Pork

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. BBQ Pulled Pork Mix
  • 3 lb. boneless pork shoulder, picnic or Boston butt, well trimmed
  • ½ c. ketchup
  • ½ c. brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 13 c. cider vinegar
  • 1 c. water

Directions

  1. Place pork in slow cooker. 
  2. Combine entire seasoning packet with water, ketchup, brown sugar and vinegar until blended. Pour over pork.
  3. Cook on high for 4 hours or on low for 8 hours. 
  4. Remove pork from slow cooker. 
  5. Shred pork, using two forks.
  6. Return meat to slow cooker.
  7. Mix with sauce and heat before serving.
  8. Serve in bowls.
